What data we process
Flixy uses email, account data, access status, credit balance, generation history, uploaded audio files, created videos, and technical payment data to provide the service.
Why we need the data
Data is needed for account login, whitelist access checks, credit purchases, charges and refunds, video generation, result storage, and user support.
File storage
Audio files and finished videos are stored in private storage for 30 days after the video is created and are then deleted automatically. Download links are temporary and available only to the owner of the related project.
Third-party access
The service may use Supabase, Vercel, Google OAuth, Cryptomus, the generation server, and external AI/API services required to create videos.
Deletion and questions
A user can request deletion of the account, files, and related data through the service owner contact channel. Some technical records may be kept for a limited time for security, credit accounting, and diagnostics.
