Refund Policy
This page explains when Flixy refunds payments or credits.
When a refund is possible
If paid credits were not added, generation could not start because of a technical service error, or a charge was incorrect, the user can request a refund.
Used credits
Credits spent on a successfully generated video are generally not refundable. The user can delete the finished video in the dashboard, but this does not reverse the completed service.
Generation errors
If a job fails with a technical error, the system may automatically refund reserved credits. If the refund did not happen, contact support.
How to request a refund
Message us on Telegram or email support with your account email, payment date, and problem description. Requests are reviewed manually.
