AI Content Policy
Flixy applies restrictions to user prompts, audio files, and generated outputs so the service is not used for prohibited or harmful content.

Input validation
Video generation requires an audio file; text preferences can be left empty. The service rejects empty files, unsupported formats, audio shorter than 3 seconds, and files longer than the current limit. Music tracks without speech are allowed when the file has audible sound.
Prohibited content
Flixy may not be used for illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, extremism, threats, harassment, hate, scams, instructions for violence or self-harm, privacy violations, impersonation without consent, or copyright infringement.
Moderation and restrictions
Generation access is controlled through a whitelist. User inputs and outputs may be checked by automated safeguards from the AI providers used by the service and by manual review after reports, failures, or suspicious activity. Flixy may cancel generation, remove output, refund credits, restrict an account, or block access.
Generated outputs
Users must review the finished video before publication. If an output contains prohibited, unsafe, or rights-infringing content, the user should delete it and contact support.
Service stability
If generation fails because of a technical error, the system may automatically refund reserved credits. We keep technical logs to diagnose and fix generation issues.
